Los Angeles DJ and producer Righteous Trash has performed alongside such diverse artists as: Phoenix, Diplo, Hot Chip, The Rapture, ?uestlove, Skream, The Presets, Mixmaster Mike, Tommie Sunshine, Steve Aoki, DJ Vadim, Zizek, and more. He's DJ'd at festivals such as Sasquatch, Bumbershoot, SXSW, and CMJ, performing in Seattle, Los Angeles, Portland, Austin, NYC, San Diego, San Francisco, and at Le Baron de Paris in Tokyo. A founding member of Seattle-based Electro-Indie band Mercir, his production credits include an Astralwerks Records-released remix of West Indian Girl's single "What Are you Afraid Of?"  

In a world where many DJs are focusing on quick-mix mashups, Righteous Trash has never let his diverse tastes and record selections take precedent over the art of the mix. "Whether I'm spinning hip-hop, dubstep, electro, b-boy breaks, dancehall, disco, global-beat, or rock, I've always fashioned myself as student of the 1st wave of big 90's electronic DJs... a time in which DJs were Gods and a mix was telling a story, a true artform".  His latest mixtape release, "Neuromantics" is an overview of tasteful, soulful, minimally produced, sensual, and dark-as-f#^# electronic music from the past 20 years; a musical connect-the-dot b/t Goth/Witch-house, 90's R&B slow-jams, minimal & soulful 2-step/Dubstep, Electro-Pop, and Hip-Hop.
